Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Return items within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been dispatched. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged or defective. These include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for hygiene or health reasons)
Return and Exchange Details
Digital Products
- Please carefully review product descriptions and previews before purchase.
- For custom orders, ensure that all details (e.g., spelling, personalization) are accurate.
- Pokigo cannot be held responsible for customer errors in customization. Corrections may incur an additional fee.
- All digital product sales are final, and refunds will not be provided. However, if you encounter an issue, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it.
- Customized digital prints are shared with customers before purchase; ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
Physical Products
- If you’re dissatisfied with your physical product, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We are committed to resolving any issues and providing you with the best shopping experience.
- Please read product details, including processing times, before making a purchase to avoid misunderstandings.
Important Notes:
- Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.
- We are not responsible for changes to your shipping address after the order is placed. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, we will resend it after receiving payment for additional shipping fees.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it or issue a refund. Here’s what to do:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
- Allow up to 2-4 weeks for replacements to be processed or 14 days for the money to be refunded
